The 36th Annual Downtown Delray Beach Festival of the Arts is the festival you’ve been waiting for and it’s happening on January 11-12, 2025 with free admission! This outdoor art festival is open Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and will be held at 104 W. Atlantic Avenue.

ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE: West Atlantic Avenue (both eastbound and westbound) will be closed to vehicular traffic from Swinton Avenue to NW 5th Avenue starting Saturday, January 11th at 3am. The road will reopen on Sunday, January 12th at 10pm. No on-street parking or vehicular traffic will be allowed on West Atlantic Avenue from 3am Saturday until 10pm Sunday.
PARKING: If you're coming from I-95, exit at Woolbright Road in Boynton Beach, heading east to Seacrest Blvd and then going south (right) into Downtown Delray (Seacrest turns into NE 2nd Avenue). The best parking option is the Old School Square garage at NE 2nd Avenue and NE 1st Street. The entrance to the parking garage is on NE 1st Avenue. It is a short walk from the garage to West Atlantic Avenue and Swinton Avenue where the festival begins.

The Downtown Delray Beach Festival of the Arts is ranked as one of the top fine art festivals in the country by Sunshine Artist Magazine. The show will begin on Atlantic Avenue in Downtown Delray Beach from Swinton (near Old School Square) and travel west to NW 5th Avenue. All booths will be west of the Intracostal bridge. The festival brings together luxurious retail and fine dining, avid art enthusiasts, and exquisite fine art.
